Test

The Mediterranean's future depends on you

We suggest to you that you might participate actively in the campaign ULIXES 21, FOR SUSTAINABLE TOURISM IN THE MEDITERRANEAN. To do this we have prepared a challenging test where you can win an amazing journey, and sustainable too!

Questionnaire: We challenge you to find out if you are the tourist of the future. All you have to do is choose the options that are closest to what you think, and then you can make an overall assessment. You could even do the questionnaire with your friends.

1. You have decided to go on holiday in the Mediterranean. The destination you have chosen is...

2. The best time of year to go on holidays is ...

A. In summer, when things are liveliest.

B. When there aren't many tourists, but when the weather is still good enough to enjoy the beach and do other things.

C. Any time of year is fine to see the world and enjoy travelling.

3. For you, the ideal place to stay is ...

A. Somewhere with all the creature comforts, but in pleasant surroundings.

B. Somewhere far away from mass tourism and with traditional architecture. A nice landscape makes for nice holidays.

A. A Mexican fiesta in a hotel in a nearby town.

8. You are spending today at the beach. What do you do with your rubbish?

A. I make a neat pile with the bits and pieces (cigarette stubs, plastic, paper, etc.). It will be cleaned up by the cleaning services.

B. I do not leave rubbish and I protest energetically to the authorities if the beach is clearly filthy. People should be more aware of this problem.
